CCTV of Reticulation Assets
Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) is an essential element in the surveying of water reticulation assets. The course covers preparation of assets for survey by CCTV, equipment for procedures and recording and/or coding of pipe conditions.
This course is specifically designed for CCTV technicians, maintenance and operations suvpervisors, and professionals working int he water reticulation asset management industry. Unit standard 22107 is available.

A one-day course for water and environmental sampling, specifically developed for technicians and/or professionals working in the water quality and/or environmental "monitoring" industry. Unit standards are available.

Concrete Pipelaying
This one day workshop conducted by experienced instructors from the industry includes informative discussion and practical exercises aimed at developing the skills and knowledge of people working in the industry.
The programme contains content on site preparation and work organisation, foundation and bedding, laying and joining pipes, welding and fusion of polyethylene pipe.

Water Supply Modelling
New Zealand Water & Environment Training Academy (NZWETA) will be delivering this new two-day training course on Water Supply Modelling. This introductory course will cover modelling theory and application of modelling techniques for water reticulation.
The training will not be in the use of any particular software package, but will enable participants to use any software application that models these phenomena.
The training content has been developed and is supported by the NZWWA Modelling Special Interest Group, and is also aligned with IPENZ competencies.

RMA Compliance Course
This is a one-day practical course for those involved with stormwater, wastewater or sediment control resource consent compliance.
It starts with a short introduction to the Resource Management Act which follows through to consent and compliance implementation.
The focus will be in active participation, which will involve working in groups to review case studies and examples.

Understanding New Zealand's drinking water legislation
This is a one day course that will enable participants to understand recent changes to New Zealand’s drinking-water framework, legislation and key regulatory agencies.
It will provide clarity to water supplier’s responsibilities, timeframes and duties and will identify opportunities for funding improvements to infrastructure.
