Terms and Conditions
Registration Terms
Please note that a course will run providing minimum numbers have been met. In the event that numbers are not met you will be offered the following options:
Transfer your registration to the next available course. Transfer your registration to another NZWETA Training Course.
Course Prerequisites
Course Attendees must ensure that they meet all course prerequisites.
Confirmations
Course registration(s) are not confirmed until payment is received. Unless payment is received Ten days before the course, the student cannot be guaranteed a place on the course.
Payment Terms
Payment is required prior to the course start. If the course has an attendance limit then prepaid enrolments will have priority.
Acceptable payment forms are by Cheque, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.
Please be aware that Cheques can take up to seven days to clear and bank transfers up to three days.
Cancellation, Transfers, and Registrant change Policies
Cancellations
If you withdraw from a course in writing or email more than ten working days prior to the course, you will receive a full refund less $50 administration fee. If you withdraw within ten working days, you will receive a 50% refund. Regrettably, if you do not attend the course and have not advised us in writing or by email before the course date the full fee will apply. However, you will be sent the training material upon request.
Transfers
You can transfer a registrant to another course three days or more prior to the course start date. You will be charged or refunded any differences in the course price.
You are not able to transfer registrants within two days of the course start date. Registrant change You can change the registrant on a course to another person at any time.
Course Cancellations
If a course is rescheduled or cancelled due to lack of numbers, or any other valid reason, you will be advised 10 working days before the course and your course fee will be refunded in full.
Participants are responsible for their own travel/accommodation bookings and no compensation will be made should the course be rescheduled or cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued on receipt of written cancellation ten or more working days prior to course. No refund for "No Shows".
